Kate Walsh celebrates her 40th birthday bash with close friends at Parc Lounge in West Hollywood on Saturday night. The Private Practice star was joined by her former Grey’s Anatomy pals Sara Ramirez and Justin Chambers (and his wife Keisha).
Guests wore pins/badges of Kate as a little girl. What a girl Kate was!
Other pictures include Kate’s Private costar Taye Diggs and his pigtails wife Idina Menzel.
Looks like Justin and Keisha caught a ride home with Sara!

Happy Birthday, Kate!
Our favorite redhead is turning 40 today, but we all now she's much younger at heart. I hope she'll have a wonderful day with her friends, family and her handsome husband. May she remain the gorgeous, funny, smart and strong woman she is now for the next 40+ years.

Newlyweds Kate Walsh and Alex Young attend a USC (University of Southern California) Trojans football game at the L.A. Coliseum Sports Arena on Saturday.
After paying $60 to park in an adjacent lot, the couple headed to the USC-Stanford game where they were surely rooting for USC. The 38-year-old Private Practice star wore a brown leather jacket and jeans, and carried a USC maroon and gold blanket.

A smiley Kate Walsh arrives at a wedding reception in Santa Monica with her new movie exec hubby Alex Young on Saturday. She is just too nice to paparazzi!
The Private Practice star looked elegant in her full-length embroidered dress.
Practice pulled in a healthy 14.4 million viewers during its season premiere last Thursday. There are a lot of Kate fans out there — but that’s a lotta people! Will you be tuning in this week???

ABC won Wednesday's ratings title, while "Private Practice" and NBC's "Bionic Woman" kicked off what could be a very competitive battle with strong premieres.
"Private Practice" debuted with a 9.7/15 for ABC at 9 p.m., making it the most-watched series premiere thus far this season. The "Bionic Woman" premiere earned an 8.4/13 and was also the night's top show among adults 18-49. "Criminal Minds" began its third season with an 8.2/13 for CBS. FOX's "Kitchen Nightmares" was fourth. "Gossip Girl" fell off some from last week's premiere, drawing a 1.8/3 for The CW.
